Voice Banking Assistant
Project Overview
We partnered up with Amazon Alexa to create a Voice Banking Assistant.  This was going to be a pilot. Our goal was for a customer to check their balance, pay bills, make a transfer, find an ATM.   This project is new in a way that requires an understanding of voice interaction.  
My Contributions
My Role, as the Conversational Interaction Designer:
Work closely with our content strategist on creating dialogue specific to our branding, display scenarios for our cross-teams to understand dialogue intent, create setup flows between Alexa and Wells Fargo.
We started with a kick-off session with the team. This was a pilot that was intended to launch within 3-6 months.We went through a discovery brief. Ultimately, the purpose was to explore a new channel experience and provide a convenient way for customer to access their banking information with Wells.
